Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. Dreamy Styles currently delivers within the UAE only, with complimentary standard delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Dubai orders usually take 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Other Emirates usually take 2–4 business days. These are estimates and may vary during public holidays, courier disruptions or high-volume periods.
How do I place an order?
Choose the product you like, select your size, add it to your cart and complete checkout. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You can also contact us on WhatsApp or by email if you need help before ordering.
Which sizes are available?
Current gowns are offered in S, M and L. Availability is shown on the product page and confirmed when the order is placed.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Eligible items can be requested for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges policy and item condition requirements.
Who pays the return courier?
For a change of mind or size exchange, the customer normally pays the return courier cost. If Dreamy Styles confirms that an item was incorrect, damaged or defective, we cover reasonable return or replacement costs where we are responsible.
Do you have a showroom?
Dreamy Styles currently operates as an online boutique. We do not represent any fulfilment, storage or administrative location as a public showroom unless we explicitly confirm otherwise.
