Eligible items may be requested for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags attached and in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible. Items showing perfume, makeup, stains, marks, damage or wear may be refused to the extent permitted by law.
Size exchanges
One size exchange may be requested within 7 days, subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer another available option, an eligible return or another agreed solution.
Change of mind
For an eligible change-of-mind return or size exchange, the customer is responsible for the return courier cost unless we agree otherwise. Any original delivery charge, if applicable, is normally non-refundable except where required by law.
Incorrect, damaged or defective items
Contact contact@dreamystyles.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where relevant. If the issue is confirmed, the available remedy may include replacement, exchange, repair where appropriate, or refund. Dreamy Styles will cover reasonable return or replacement costs where we are responsible.
Customized or altered items
Customized, tailored, altered or specially modified items are normally final sale for change of mind or wrong-size reasons. This does not remove mandatory rights that may apply to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where technically possible. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider.
