About Dreamy Styles
Dreamy Styles is an online fashion retailer serving customers in the UAE. We do not represent a fulfilment, storage or administrative location as a public showroom unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Products and sizing
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Screen settings, photography, handmade details, embellishment and measurement tolerances can cause minor differences in colour or appearance. Product-page material characteristics form part of the product description. Customers are encouraged to use our Size & Fit Help before ordering.
Prices and orders
Prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise. We may verify customer, delivery, availability and payment information before accepting an order. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred, payment fails, information cannot be verified, or fraud or unlawful activity is suspected. If we cancel after collecting payment, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
Payment and delivery
Available payment methods are shown at checkout when online payment is enabled. Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Returns and consumer rights
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights that apply under UAE law.

You must not use the website for fraud, unlawful access, malware, interference, impersonation, rights infringement or other unlawful activity.

Dreamy Styles branding, original text, product presentation and other proprietary material are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

The website may rely on third-party services such as hosting, payment processing, analytics and delivery providers. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of services outside our reasonable control.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Dreamy Styles is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of the website or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and disputes are subject to the competent courts or authorities with jurisdiction.
