These Terms of Sale apply to products ordered from Dreamy Styles.
Product information
The product page describes the item offered for sale, including style, available sizes and material or finish information where known. Minor differences caused by screen display, photography, handmade detailing or normal production tolerances may occur.
Placing an order
An order is submitted when the customer completes the checkout process. Dreamy Styles may verify availability, customer details, delivery information and payment before accepting or fulfilling an order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we may cancel it and refund any payment already collected.
Pricing
Prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise. The price shown when an order is confirmed applies, subject to obvious errors and applicable law.
Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Current options may include Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer where configured and available for the order. A failed, incomplete or unverified payment may delay or cancel an order. Bank-transfer orders are processed after payment is received and confirmed.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the UAE. Delivery timing and conditions are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Risk and ownership
Risk and ownership pass in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of delivery. Customers should inspect the item after delivery and notify us promptly of missing, incorrect or damaged goods.
Returns
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to eligible orders. The 7-day commercial return window does not remove any mandatory rights that may apply under UAE law.
Customer information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information needed to fulfil an order.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, while continuing to honour obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
